Semaa Lüks is a vertically integrated food group headquartered in Istanbul, with a licensed branch in the Ajman Free Zone of the United Arab Emirates — trading, processing, and producing across seven specialised categories.
Operating from Istanbul and the Ajman Free Zone, our food desks span seven specialised categories — backed by Anatolian sourcing relationships, integrated processing facilities, and a Gulf re-export base.

ExploreSemaa Lüks Gıda Tarım Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi is a Turkish food and agriculture company established in 2019 and registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce. Our legal name — "Gıda Tarım Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret" — translates as "Food and Agricultural Products Industry and Trade," and it describes precisely what we do: we trade, we process, and we are building integrated production capacity across the food chain.
In 2024, we extended our reach to the Gulf through a licensed branch in the Ajman Free Zone of the United Arab Emirates. This was not a relocation — it was an expansion. Our Istanbul headquarters continues to anchor sourcing and production-development across Anatolia, while our Ajman branch serves as the regional command centre for distribution into the Arabian Peninsula, East Africa, and the wider Indian Ocean trade.
Every commercial invoice, certificate of origin, conformity certificate, and bill of lading is accurate, complete, and pre-cleared for the destination customs regime. We figure it out before the container leaves — not at the port.
If we quote it, we have already confirmed stock, freight, and warranty coverage. The price holds. The schedule holds. That discipline is why our buyers stop calling other traders.
We are not the largest food group in Istanbul or Ajman. What we are is a group that does not over-promise, does not deal in commodities we have not pre-qualified, and does not accept orders we cannot deliver on schedule.
Both our registrations — Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and Free Zones Authority of Ajman — are under unified group management. No offshore intermediaries, no opaque ownership layers. Verifiable as part of standard KYC onboarding.
A food group's reputation is the compound effect of every commercial decision over years. Here is what guides ours.
Read the full visionPrimary distribution corridor. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait — served by short-sea and road freight from our Ajman Free Zone branch.
Sea freight from Ajman and Jebel Ali ports. Grains, processed meat, dairy, canned goods, and beverages into Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Djibouti, and onward to landlocked markets.
Multimodal corridors serving Central Asia from both Istanbul and Ajman. Bakery products, pasta, vegetable oils, dairy, and packaged staples — moved by road, sea, and short-air freight.
Anatolian sourcing serves European and Mediterranean basin buyers directly from Istanbul. Olive oil, hazelnut products, legumes, processed meat, and fresh produce with sub-week land freight to EU markets.
Deep-sea freight from Ajman and Jebel Ali to Karachi, Mumbai, Chittagong, and Colombo. Grains, pulses, processed foods, and beverage flows in particular.
The internal corridor that connects our parent company to our branch. Consolidated container flows of Turkish-origin food products from Istanbul to Ajman Free Zone, then onward distribution across all five regional corridors above.
After two years sourcing through Semaa Lüks, what stands out is consistency. The shipping documents are always correct on the first submission. That alone has saved us multiple working days per quarter at our customs office.
We needed one supplier who could handle dairy, processed meat, and bakery products without us managing three different vendor relationships. Semaa Lüks is the only group in our network that consolidates that range with consistent quality.
For animal feed and bulk grain, knowing exactly when the cargo will arrive matters more than getting the cheapest quote. Semaa Lüks's lead times are reliable, and their team picks up the phone.
Our trade desk responds to qualified commercial inquiries within one business day. Specify your food category, target volume, destination market, and timeline — we will come back with a price, a schedule, and the documents.
